WeekBee

WeekBee is a multi-tenant SaaS for Estonian small companies that turns an offer into an order, a delivery note, an act, an invoice and a payment in one chain instead of three separate tools. It covers recurring billing, campaigns, subscriptions, a payments ledger, a cash register and purchase invoices that arrive by e-mail or photo and are read by AI. E-invoices go out through the Estonian RIK network, EDI orders through Edisoft, and the interface is in Estonian and English.

We built the whole product: the Vue 3 and TypeScript application, the Supabase backend with Postgres row-level security, 23 edge functions and cron jobs, the inbound e-mail worker on Cloudflare, Resend e-mail delivery, the integrations and the weekbee.ee landing. Monitoring with Sentry across the stack, 300+ automated tests.
